The Journal of Humanitarian Engineering is calling for papers for a special issue celebrating the journal's 10-year anniversary in 2022. In this special issue, we take stock of Humanitarian Engineering in 2022 and consider the future of this rapidly growing field of research, education, and practice. 

Practical papers provide new information on subjects of interest to professionals in practice, and should not normally exceed 2500 words. these are normally discussions of small research studies or field trials. These papers are single-blind reviewed by at least three independent peer reviewers.
